BloomBoard Welcomes New Senior Officers

To keep up with its rapid growth to 600 districts across 22 states and five state-level contracts, educator professional growth platform BloomBoard has added three new members to its senior leadership team.



David Brubacher, Stephen Anderson, and Kelly Montes de Oca have joined BloomBoard as chief product officer, chief experience officer and head of research and development, and chief implementation officer, respectively.

As chief product officer, Brubacher will take over ownership and leadership of the BloomBoard product suite and oversee the next stage of BloomBoard’s growth, development, and innovation.

As chief experience officer, Anderson will head all aspects of design and experience for BloomBoard.

As chief implementation officer, Montes De Oca will lead all of BloomBoard’s implementation efforts at the state and district levels and oversee the support and training of BloomBoard’s educators.
